Niki Lang

Founder of DC Motorsport Community & Niki Lang Real Estate

What started as Formula 1 watch parties she hosted for clients in 2021 has evolved into a thriving community built around passion, precision, and connection.

A lifelong motorsport fan with family roots in Spain and Germany, naturally her whole family rides and Niki grew up watching MotoGP and Formula 1. She spent every summer at Laguna Seca and got her first motorcycle as soon as she could ride at the age of 16. All driving her to create a community that celebrates the culture and camaraderie of motorsport.

Niki’s career began in hospitality, first as a sommelier and later as a partner in a nationally recognized wine bar, experiences that shaped her belief in the power of meaningful, personal experiences. She carries that same philosophy into her real estate practice, delivering a concierge-style approach for clients who value trust, detail, and elevated service.

Through both DCMC and her real estate work, Niki blends community, lifestyle, and passion, creating spaces and experiences that bring people together on and off the track.

When she’s not hosting events or helping clients, you’ll find her out riding, on the golf course, or throwing ball with her mini Aussie, Vinny.

Vic Jain

Hi, I’m Vic! Originally from Northern Virginia and now based in Washington, D.C., I’m a passionate Formula 1 fan who never misses a race. Lewis Hamilton has been my favorite driver for years, and following his journey on and off the track keeps me hooked. When I’m not tuning into the latest Grand Prix, you’ll probably find me at a Washington Capitals game cheering on the home team. I love the thrill of competition and the stories behind the sport, which is why F1 has become such a big part of my life.

Sav believes strongly in the power of motorsports as a community, and was grateful to find DCMC’s open arms after moving to the DMV several years ago. She’s always happy to chat about F1 Academy, the intersection of F1 & fashion, or grand prix travel. When she’s not trackside or glued to a race weekend, you can often find her creating social content, running around with a mini mic, and sharing the love for motorsports one post at a time.

What
We
Do

Mission Statement:

Together, we will strengthen the bonds of the motorsport community in the DC Metro Area, fostering dynamic and collaborative connections that drive us forward in our shared love for the open road and racing. We are dedicated to fostering a welcoming and inclusive environment where individuals who share a fervent passion for motorsport can come together, connect, and build camaraderie.

Vision Statement:

A connected, inclusive, and vibrant motorsport culture, where enthusiasts and creators come together to lift each other up and support local businesses through shared experiences on and off the track. Because motorsport is more than racing, it’s a lifestyle built on community, collaboration, and purpose.

We are committed to:

Building Camaraderie: We aim to forge lasting friendships and strong bonds among motorsport enthusiasts, uniting people through their shared love for all things motorsport.

Fostering Inclusivity: We embrace diversity and inclusivity, welcoming individuals of all ages, genders, backgrounds, and levels of expertise to ensure that everyone feels valued and respected within our community.

Organizing Engaging Events: We organize and participate in a variety of motorsport-related activities, including track days, car shows, race watch parties and karting, allowing members to actively engage in their passion and share it with others.

Supporting Local Motorsports: We champion and support the local motorsport scene by attending races, supporting local tracks, and collaborating with local businesses to promote the growth of the sport within our region.

Partnerships: Building strong and mutually beneficial partnerships with vendors and venues through events and promotion.

Integrity: Last and absolutely not least. Acting with honesty and strong moral principles.

Fostering Inclusivity:

As the region’s only community-based motorsport entertainment group, it is DCMC's mission to build a space for all fans regardless of team affiliation, sporting experience, or any other means in which someone could feel ostracized or left out. We endeavor to foster a community where everyone is welcome and appreciated equally. Our events celebrate the diversity of all by celebrating the cooperative and collaborative spirit of motorsport.

In all disciplines of racing, it requires a dedicated group of like minded individuals from engineers, support staff, drivers, administrators, and many others to find success. Just as it is in racing, so it is as fans. Regardless of race, gender, sexual identity, age, our community is built on the idea that everyone is welcome. In the new era of motorsport, we are fortunate to see a wider representation of not only professionals in the sport, but among fans as well. This extends into the idea that “new” fans are not “real fans”. It has never been a better time to be a fan of motorsport across disciplines, and DCMC welcomes the seasoned veterans alongside fans that have just discovered their passion through any means of exposure. DCMC celebrates the diversity of all who have a love of speed and will always make space for every fan, no matter what.

As an organization, DCMC will always make every effort possible to ensure the safety and acceptance of all persons in attendance to our events. As a matter of policy, DCMC can and will remove attendees that violate the spirit of acceptance we uphold. Please contact Niki if you have any questions, comments or concerns. You may also email Info@DCmotorsportcommunity.com to anonymously report any activity you believe violates our mission.

With sincerity,

Niki Lang, CEO
